Petitioner service for employers

Hire the world's best — without becoming the visa sponsor.

Pentos Partners provides the U.S. agent-petitioner for O-1 and P-1 talent. Bring a candidate you already want, or let us find one. Your company signs a commercial engagement — not an I-129.

I already have a candidateWe act as the petitioner side and coordinate with the candidate's attorney — or yours.
I need to find talentTell us the role. We bring evidence-ready O-1 / P-1 profiles to interview.
Either wayNo sponsorship program, no petition filing on your side, no lottery.

How it works on your side

Four steps. Three of them look like ordinary hiring.

1

Complete the employer intake

Company details, the role, and — if you have one — the candidate. It takes about four minutes.

2

Petitioner review

We confirm the engagement can be structured under an agent petition and tell you exactly what documents your company provides (usually a short engagement letter or deal memo).

3

Sign a commercial agreement

Your contract is for the person's services. The agent is the petitioner of record and carries the petitioner obligations.

4

Petition is filed by counsel

The candidate's attorney (or one we coordinate with) prepares and files. Your engagement becomes part of the itinerary.

A petitioner, not a job board

Talent marketplaces help candidates get seen. Pentos is built for the employer who has already decided — and needs the petition side handled.

Talent marketplaces & job boards

  • Built for the candidate's subscription
  • You browse profiles and do the follow-up
  • Petitioner question left to you
  • No help with employer documents
  • One-size listing, no petition review

Pentos Partners

  • Built for the employer — you are the client
  • Bring your own candidate, or we source one
  • Agent-petitioner of record provided
  • Engagement letter / deal memo templates supplied
  • Petitioner review before anyone files

Why employers use an agent-petitioner

It is almost never the candidate. It is the paperwork you would have to take on to keep them.

No sponsorship obligation

The agent is the petitioner. Your company is not.

Multiple engagements, one visa

Project, fractional or full-time — the agent structure supports one employer or several.

Clean exit

If the engagement ends, it ends under its commercial terms. No immigration obligation is left on your side.

Pricing

Flat fees, quoted before anything starts. Government filing fees and attorney fees are separate.

Employer intake

Tell us about your company and who you want to hire. A Pentos partner reviews every intake.

Submitting does not create an attorney-client relationship and is not a request for legal advice.

Questions employers ask

Do we become the visa sponsor?

No. The agent is the petitioner of record and carries the petitioner obligations. You enter a commercial agreement for the person's services.

We already found the person. Can you just be the petitioner?

Yes — that is the Petitioner Service. We coordinate with the candidate's attorney, or with counsel we work with if they do not have one.

Is Pentos Partners a law firm?

No. Pentos Partners is not a law firm and nothing on this site is legal advice. Petitions are prepared and filed by licensed attorneys, and you are free to use your own.

What are the odds of approval?

We do not publish approval rates or predict outcomes. USCIS decides each petition on its record. What we control is whether the structure and documents are in place before anything is filed.

Can one person work for several companies?

Yes. The agent structure is designed for that — your engagement is one part of the itinerary.

What if the engagement ends?

It ends under its commercial terms. Because you were never the petitioner, no immigration obligation is left on your side.
